Tall dense growing crop good to supress weeds. Grown by farmers on contract for Flahavans for making porridge. Used in gluten free flour and for animal feed, high in energy. Popular with sheep and cattle farmers. Seed has a robust outer coat. Grows well in lower ph soils. Good to add in any livestock mix.
